We inspect each item as it leaves our storehouse to meet your highest expectations. If for some reason (including the fact it does not fit to your satisfaction) or you do not want to keep your item(s) you may return for a refund of the item purchased or exchange. You pay for the postage to return the item(s). You have 14 days from the date of the purchase to return your item. The item MUST be UNWASHED/UNWORN/TAGS ATTACHED to receive a refund. If the item has been worn or does not have the tags attached it will be donated to a local charity.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
