Returns Policy
We inspect each item as it leaves our storehouse to meet your highest expectations. If for some reason (including the fact it does not fit to your satisfaction) you do not want to keep your item(s) you may return for a refund of the item purchased or exchange.
You pay for the postage to return the item(s). You have 14 days from the date of the purchase to return your item.
The item MUST be UNWASHED/UNWORN/TAGS ATTACHED to receive a refund. If the item has been worn or does not have the tags attached it will be donated to a local charity.
Place your UNUSED/UNWASHED item with the tags still ATTACHED and return with the invoice back to our storehouse.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

IF you buying an item at a conference there will be NO returns accepted for any reasons.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
